STR:
1. Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
2. Select any Dark High Contrast theme.
3. Open Firefox.
4. Go to about:config.
5. Select "I'll be careful, I promise!"
Expected Result:
about:config is properly displayed with the search field and the first preferences shown.
Actual Result:
The preference area is black and the user can't see the prefs.
*Note*
The text entered in the searchbox is also black and only visible if selected.
This issue reproduces on:
1. Latest Nightly, build ID: 20140514030203
2. Latest Aurora, build ID: 20140515004001
3. Firefox 30 beta 4, build ID: 20140512231802
4. Firefox 29.0.1, build ID: 20140506152807

This seems to have been fixed, as I can no longer reproduce it (latest Nightly on Windows 8.1). Please re-open if you can still reproduce.
