Download icon on the Library is green
Follow up of bug 983978.
Right now the Download icon in the Library panel is green (screenshot attached) while the same icon in the toolbar has been changed to blue. You may want to change this for consistency.
Filing this bug as per comments 30 and 31 in bug 983978.

Do you think this should be an UX bug ? FYI, we use specific assets for each platform.
