Could you try starting firefox in safe mode[1] and see if you get the same behavior there? [1] http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe+Mode

(In reply to kriker from comment #2) > yes it happens Uh, really? Because I can see a feed icon in the middle of that mass of icons, and I know of at least two other bugs filed about a "feed icon" add-on causing this problem (bug 986911, bug 990874), and nobody else has ever managed to reproduce it without any add-ons. Please use the "Help > Restart with add-ons disabled" item to restart firefox and doublecheck.
I made what you said and now don't happen. I tried before safe mode but still happen. Now I disable the rss button. Thanks!! PD: I know maybe this is not the place but you know a working plugin for rss button? ty

What was the name of the add-on? RSS Icon, something else?

(In reply to kriker from comment #5) > PD: I know maybe this is not the place but you know a working plugin for rss button? ty You can simply use the existing Subscribe button — no extension needed. Right-click (Mac: Ctrl+click) an empty area of the tab bar and choose Customize. Drag the Subscribe icon out of the customization palette and onto a toolbar, then click the Exit Customize button. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars If you need an RSS icon in the address bar rather than on a toolbar, the following add-on works without problems. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/rss-icon-in-url-bar/
