Details

The title bar of AMv2 says "Firefox App Manager", but maybe we want some other name?  Such as:

* Firefox Web IDE
* Web IDE
* Firefox App IDE
* Firefox IDE

...or something. :)
Given that the user is already running Firefox, that part at least feels redundant.

'Web App Manager'?

I'm a bit allergic to the acronym 'IDE' because it has heavy connotations. I don't mind 'manager' because a large part of what the user does is manage apps. YMMV
As per discussions with product, we keep "App Manager" until we support other things than apps.

We might rename it "Project Manager" once we support addons and normal tabs.
