There is a pop-up that constantly appears when using Firefox desktop V29.0.1, though pop-up blocker is turned on. Its full string URL is far too long to note here, but the core URL is: http://www.strtsrv.com

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140506152807
Steps to reproduce:
While using Firefox, simply click a link, any link, to go to a new URL via new tab.
Actual results:
Nearly every link clicked to go to a new site (new tab) results in a pop-up (new instance/window of Firefox) from http://www.strtsrv.com with a long string. It appears to be a redirect, and Firefox seems to prevent the redirect from rendering in the window, however the pop-up (new window, not tab) does still occur. Also, (may be a separate issue) I often get a small-screen commercial video pop-up, with sound, for politicians running for office, commercial products, and other various causes.
Expected results:
If pop-up blocker is selected in Firefox, NO pop-ups should occur.
