As a developer, I would like to be able to use both the memory and execution performance tools to optimize either a Firefox OS simulator or a firefox OS device. Acceptance criteria: - both the memory profiler tab and the execution profiler (timeline) tab should be available in the debugging mode in the App manager.
New performance tool works in 2.0-3.0 of FxOS over WebIDE (device, simulator)
