Open C while running:

Was testing edge gestures when this occurred.

STR:
1. Opened a series of apps and began swiping aggressively from left to right.
2. Eventually I ended up in the state in the attached screenshot - the card view shows in miniature form.

Will try to get a logcat - something is happening with the device today where it keeps disconnecting from adb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140515040207
2) Open at least one app
3) Hold down the Home button
4) Grab a card with one finger and move it up (do not let go of the card)
5) While holding the card place a second finger on the bottom left corner of the screen
6) Slide your first finger (the one holding the card) to the top right of the screen

Actual:
The card shrinks in size and cannot be returned to the original size. This will affect all cards until the phone is restarted.

Expected:
The cards cannot shrink.
