Description:
The power goes off during the phone call when the battery is low, without any warning signal to the user.

Prerequisite: The battery on the devices is low (1-2%).

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140514000204.
2) Make a phone call, or receive an incoming call.
3) Wait until the power turns off automatically.
4) Observe there is no warning signal before the power turns off.

Actual:
The power turns off in the middle of a phone call.

Expected:
The devices warns the user with warning sound during the phone call before the power turns off.

We should provide the audio warning to inform users, but we can't just create a sound for this case, we need to consider it with all the warning signal on the system. ni? Patryk on the sound issue. Thanks!

Yes we probably need to create a warning sound, but due to budget and timing constraints I suggest we use:
"notifier_bells.opus" and play it 2-3x as a warning when the battery hits 1%
