+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1007369 +++

Filing a bug for a new marketplace PR coming in soon.  This will complete the optimizations for what we're calling "version 1" of the Tarako Marketplace.

Assigning to me for the PR.  This should be 1.3T+ because the current marketplace is not consumer ready.  We expect this release to be usable by consumers - any subsequent releases will optimize further or add new features but there won't be blocker bugs in this release.
