Animated Translation Icon @ 1x
An animated version of the translation icon (Bug 974521) needs to be created in order to be used on the "Translation in Progress" infobar (Bug 976606).

I like the constant rotation. Although it'd be nice to experiment with a color animaiton from gray to blue without any rotation.
