I thought I got this right when I fixed #61651. must have regressed.
from the newsgroup:
In my Sent folder, the message summary window displays a
"Recipient" column instead of a Sender column. The value
for this column is the first entry in each email's To: field.
I periodically take my Sent folder (usually when it get's to
~500-600 messages) rename it to Sent_<Date> and make it a
sub-folder of Sent. This is to speed things up and make
sync'ing a couple of different machines easier
When I look at one of these renamed Sent folders in Mozilla
0.9.4, I still get the Recipient column, but the value is
the From: field (the sender) rather than the To: field (like
the actual Sent folder).
Seems rather inconsistent to me, since the email is
From: my email, but the column title is Recipient. I would
prefer that this behave like the normal Sent folder (Recipient
column derived from email To: list).

Reopen this bug because it is not a duplicate.
Bug 93863 is an RFE, not a bug. Title of 93863 is "Sent folder shows Sender
address not Receiver". Now a sent subfolder shows Receiver column but still
shows Sender address!!
I think that someone has tried to implement RFE 93863 and has made a mistake.
And now it is an RFE bad implemented, so it is a bug. In my opinion, a stupid
and very ugly bug which nobody want to solve.

this is a dup of 93863. The description of the bug was referring to subfolders
so I changed the summary.

Hey can someone tell me how to fix that bug under Mac OS X
Mozilla RC3?
Sorry pals, but I don't know a clue about how to use "patches"
that are text files.
If someone can help. Sorry again for annoyance
