The PDF at http://www.cameramanuals.org/pdf_files/selfix_guide.pdf Will no display in Firefox. If I try Ghostscript I get **** This file uses an unknown standard security handler revision: 6 This is probably the reason. (the page linking to that PDF file is at http://www.butkus.org/chinon/selfix/selfix_guide.htm - case you need more info)
For reference, Poppler bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70704 Some proprietary extension from Adobe.

Looks like this bug is fixed.
(It's landed with https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/4938 with some performance improvement)
