The PDF at http://www.cameramanuals.org/pdf_files/selfix_guide.pdf
Will no display in Firefox.
If I try Ghostscript I get
**** This file uses an unknown standard security handler revision: 6
This is probably the reason.
(the page linking to that PDF file is at http://www.butkus.org/chinon/selfix/selfix_guide.htm - case you need more info)
