For two days nightly has intermittently become unresponsive to mouse clicks. It usually happens following an action that opens a new tab -- either opening a new tab directly or by clicking a link that opens in a new tab.

The browser chrome becomes lightly colored as if it lost focus. Clicking on the page will not restore it, but the browser still responds to some keyboard shortcuts.

I left the browser console opening until it has reoccured several times and it is frequently accompanied by the following error:

Comparable link missing required property: frecency NewTabUtils.jsm :836

Using Nightly 32.0a1 (2014-05-15) and several prior versions
I'm also seeing this in the latest nightly, 6/01 version. This is not restricted to new tabs, and the consistent symptom for my hangs is that cursors no longer show in text input boxes, even though text entry will work.
I _think_ this is bug 1013852, and should be fixed in a recent Nightly.

lonnen, can you confirm?

I am running the 2014-06-03 nightly and it just happened. About to update to the latest. Will follow up next time it happens.

It just reoccurred in Zimbra compose after some cmd+tab switching to another window. Right click wasn't working and the chrome was light grey -- partial focus or something. Now using: 32.0a1 (2014-06-04)
Rereading this "Now" is confusing. I mean I was using that build at the time.

Cursor not being visible in other tabs when an air.mozilla.org tab is open is a bug I've seen that might seem similar to some of the symptoms described here. Selecting the air.mozilla.org tab and moving the mouse around there usually fixes the problem. I suspect it's a flash-related issue of some sort. That sounds a bit different than what's described in comment 0, though.
:lonnen - Have you been able to reproduce this bug since June 5?

:lmandel -- nope

Thanks :lonnen. I'm resolving as works for me and dropping tracking.
