Description:
When the user scrolls slightly down while browser with the Twitter app, if they long press the Home Button to bring up card view, Twitter's navigational bar is displayed incorrectly in the middle / lower portion of the card.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140515000202
2) Connect to WiFi or enable Cellular Data
3) Download the Twitter app from the Marketplace
4) Sign in with valid log-in credentials
5) On the main page scroll slightly down so that the navigation bar has to reposition
6) Long press the Home Button to bring up card view
7) Observe Twitter's card view displays navigation bar incorrectly

Actual:
Twitter's card view displays navigation bar incorrectly

Expected:
Twitter's card view displays navigation bar correctly at the top of the page
