101173 - let me specify which columns to display in a bug list

I'd like to be able to see different columns for different queries.  For 
example:

1. When looking at the UNCO list, I'd like to see the reporters, so I'd be more 
likely to notice who reports a lot of bugs and then give canconfirm to the good 
reporters.  I'd also like to see how long ago each bug has changed and/or how 
many CCs the bug has, so I know if other UNCO triagers have been looking at the 
bug.  To make room, I'd give up the target milestone column.

2. When looking at the list bugs I've reported, I don't care about OS or 
reporter, but I do want to see the target milestone.

3. When getting a list just to copy the bug numbers and summaries (for the 
mozillazine build bar or for cross-referencing), I just want the bug number and 
the *full* summary (not just 60 chars).

One way to encode these in URLs would be:

For UNCOs (1):
 column_reporter=on
 column_target_milestone=off

For just summaries and bug numbers (3):
 column_summaryfull=on
 other_columns=off
