Once we get Mulet builds in production (bug 997096), hub says it would be useful to run 'make test-perf' against it in order to prevent regressions in that framework. The actual performance numbers it reports are probably not interesting.

actually if the perf numbers regress similar to flame devices, then we might be able to do achieve true per pull request testing while only adding 10-20% noise|bisection
