new close button doesn't work correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. In preferences -> tabs, enable the option warn me when closing multiple tabs.
2. open multiple tabs
3. click the new button (with three lines) introduced with australis interface and then the "exit firefox" red button below.


Actual results:

The browser does shut down ignoring the preference.



Expected results:

The browser should ask if the user want to close multiple tabs.
