Steps to reproduce:

The Firefox Twitter told me to come here to file my request, so I hope I do not get flamed for asking this.

Since the latest stable version of Firefox, the refresh/stop icon is embedded into the address bar and not able to be moved. It is so very small and very difficult to click. 

In previous versions you could move this button around, now it is stuck there.
