101266 - addressbook grippy is left aligned

Status: VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 94180

The grippy for the bottom pane of the addressbook is left aligned, like the 
mailnews one used to be.

To reproduce, open a new browser window, and click on the addressbook card at 
the bottom.

I have a fix for this, if this report is a dupe, which it is not, to the best 
of my knowledge, my apologies.

on linux the grippy is located to the left now, but resize splitter and it jumps
to center. Same in alternate 3-pane mailnews.

r=[e-mail].  Hyatt's identical fix for mail was to indeed remove
deprecated elements.

Just for completeness, orient and autostretch were the 2 attributes that 
should've been removed.  If we remove persist, we of course kill your position 
of the splitter from session to session.
