Details

Right now the only group that can upload symbols has full access to every other permission in crash-stats. To facilitate partner symbols uploads we need to create a group that only has symbol upload permissions.
And please do not call it anything with "Hackers", I already have no clue what either of the current groups means because their names intermingle so much and say nothing. I propose "Symbol Uploaders", that should tell exactly what this is about any why anyone would need to be added to the group or why they are in it.
The group is called "symbol uploaders". It has been created on stage and prod, and documented.
