Seems like the issue is fixed in current Firefox OS 2.2. As the reporter says this bug happens in 1.3 & 1.4 . Will a patch on 1.3 and 1.4 branch able get merged? As both of the version is already released.

Full RTL supported is being targeted for 2.2. Ni Stephany to see if this is required for prior releases. I am hoping it can wait and looks like this particular one is already fixed in master. Thanks Hema

The approach we've been taking is as Hema says: RTL support is required for 2.2. We have made many RTL improvements from 1.4 through 2.2. When they are not risky, we've been uplifting them/requesting uplift. This is fixed in master, but it's not required for 1.3 or 1.4. If it's low risk, great. Now that I think about it... I don't think we claimed to have Arabic in 1.3 and 1.4.
