Details

Per a meeting with the product group, we'd like to add a test to the cert suite to verify that the first-time ping is enabled/working.

This is going to be tricky to test, because it occurs the first time the FTU app is launched after a flash, so we won't have the ability to modify any settings on the device before it occurs.

Because this is non-trivial and doesn't really fit well with any of the existing sub-tests, I'm marking this as P2 so we can tackle it after existing functionality and bugs are cleaned up.
