I could not reproduce this on both dolphin and flame. 
My test steps:
1. Launch Facebook
2. Check with "adb shell b2g-info" and "adb shell b2g-ps"
   # Facebook process exists
3. Kill Facebook using cardview
4. Check with "adb shell b2g-info" and "adb shell b2g-ps"
   # Facebook process was killed
