I can't type uppersace letters by holding shift key or with CAPS LOCK, letters are always small. And they are always english even if I change keyboard layout.
What keyboard layout are you using? What build do you have? What platform/OS are you using? What edit fields are you trying to type in? Please provide additional information.
Best Linux 2001 T-1 kernel-2.4.2 gcc-2.95 XFree-4.0.2 KDE-2.1.1 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20010923 The same problem was when I was using older versions. What fields ? In all field: in URL editbox, in Composer, in Mozilla dialogs, in HTML editboxes, everywhere... I'm using Russian keyboard layout.

Cannot repro on JA RH 7.1 with Russian keyboard layout or others, both uppercase and non-english chars are input and displayed properly. Mark as WORKSFORME.
