If you right click on an item, select Save As, the file name field doens's get
initialized. It stays empty.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to reproduce:
1. go to URL http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/
2. select file to download E.g. mozilla-win32-installer-sea.exe
3. Right mouse click and select Save As
Expected result: file name mozilla-win32-installer-sea.exe is written
Actual result: file name text field stauys empty

Sorry I should have used 'Save Link As'
Perhaps should we have only Save as when menu is displayed on a Link ??

Absolutely. See bug 75338 for that.
If the filename field is still empty when you choose `Save As...' *not* from a
link, please reopen this bug. (It worksforme on Mac OS, but might be a
Windows-specific bug.)
