The tests are running green on cedar; let's schedule them on all trunk trees.
This schedules mochitest-oop against linux64_gecko on all trunk trees, and also applies the same logic to gaia_unit_oop and reftest_oop, which are currently scheduled only on inbound and b2g-inbound.  In order to be completely sheriff-friendly, they need to be available on try, m-c and everything that merges to m-c.

Note: it was asked how many builders this will add. This should add ~25 linux64 builders and a new total of +13288. before bug too-many-builders we had +13800 and less masters. On that basis I *think* it is OK to land.
