Description:
If the user fills the internal storage of the phone, the 'not enough space on memory card' error will display when the camera app is opened. If the app is already opened and the user attempts to navigate to the camera app again, the error will appear to flash repeatedly.  This is most apparent when navigating to the Camera from the Gallery.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140520000201 and fill the internal storage
2) Open the Camera app and observe error
3) Open the Gallery app, then select the camera button at the bottom of the screen
4) Observe the error again:

Actual:
Screen will switch between displaying the error and displaying the camera app up to three times

Expected:
The error will display once

Issue occurs on Buri and Flame 1.4, but not Buri 1.3
