Description:
When the user inputs a wrong password into a wifi network they will not connect. However, if the user taps on the network again to input a new password they are unable to and the device will automatically input the same password that was input before. This will happen ~3 times before the user can input a new password

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140513000208
2) Open Settings app> Wifi
3) Select a network
4) Type in an incorrect password

Actual:
The network will not connect, then when tapping on the network it automatically inputs the same password that was typed before. It does this 3 times before the user can try a different password

Expected:
The user is prompted that the password was incorrect and is able to try a new password immediately.
