in-content preferences, privacy pane: there is a lot of empty space and that's the only reason why I have to scroll to see the full content of the privacy pane, so please reduce the empty space, see the attached screenshot.

Verified fixed on Windows 7 64bit, Mac OSX 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 13.10 32bit using latest Nightly 39.0a1 (buildID: 20150309030224).
