The whole language dropdown list in Edit Profile page in zh-TW locale is in Simplified Chinese. The language names displayed in Profile page is in English. Not sure if this is localizable, or is imported from somewhere, though. Probably we could have it localized, or use English if there's no good source to use.
We're using babel [0] to get the languages localized so I guess there is an upstream problem there. [0] http://babel.pocoo.org/docs/
I do confirm that the list returned for zh-CN and zh-TW is the same.
