Reproducible using trybuild from bug 971054 comment 50

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Navigate to https://www.google.fr/
3. Select Translate
4. Change the language to translate to into Japanese (English -> Japanese)

Expected results: The page is automatically translated to Japanese.

Actual results: Page is not translated to Japanese.

Notes:
1. Reproducible on all OS`s.

I know retranslation isn't working correctly currently (we have bug 1012519 fixing an issue about it), but I'm not sure the issue in your screencast is actually covered by that bug.
