+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #988332 +++

Recently I noticed that on devices with zram swap, such as tarako, an app can leak without the RSS changing much.  This is due to the leaked pages getting moved to swap.  Once swap is exhausted, however, the app will likely OOM immediately.

Note that the flame also uses zram in addition to the tarako.  So this may be a more common issue in the future.

Not sure if this is relevant for Firefox on Android as well, but I suspect not. Closing this because it was about B2G.
