Description:
In Screen Lock settings, toggling Passcode lock, then tapping on screen before page fully loads the keyboard disappears and leaves user on white screen. This works no matter if Passcode lock is enabled or disabled.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140521014001
2) Launch settings and navigate to Screen lock page
3) Toggle Passcode lock
4) When passcode lock page is loading tap screen

Actual:
Keyboard retracts and user is stuck on white screen when user taps on screen before passcode lock page fully loads.

Expected:
Tapping page while it is loading has no effect on UI.

Verified this bug DOES exist on Buri V1.3

This issue does not reproduce when tested on latest 1.4 and 2.0 for Open C. There is no window of time to allow user to click on Passcode lock page, the page loads too fast (instantly, whereas there is a reasonable window where page is loading on 1.3.)

The work around is to close the settings app and relaunch it.  The white screen stays even when pushing the settings to the background.
