Description:
This project is to move webpay from being a server-side view-based app to running from a clent-side single page app (Spartacus [1]) which talks to an API (webpay [2]) (The API docs are here [3])

The changes to flows in the App should be very minimal if any as it should work in the same way the existing app works. 

From our perspective we're requesting the sec review to ensure the changes haven't introduced any new security issues.
