STR:
1. In Firefox Preferences | Advanced, click "Settings" button under "Connection"
2. Click "Manual proxy configuration", and enter e.g. localhost, port 1, both for HTTP proxy and SSL proxy.
3. Try to visit any URL.
ACTUAL RESULTS: On the error page that appears ("The proxy server is refusing connections"), the "circled-i" icon overlaps the text, making it harder to read & looking broken. See screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULTS: no overlap.
(NOTE: Make sure your browser is reasonably large, or you'll get a different mobile-optimized rendering, with no image.)
