Description:
If the user is playing music from youtube and the device is locked, then the user receives an incoming call which is ignored, the music will not resume playing once the device has stopped ringing. This occurs if music is being played through the speakers, headphones, or a bluetooth headset. Music will resume playing automatically after user swipes to unlock the lock screen.


Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140514024003
2) Install and launch Youtube from the marketplace
3) Being playing a music video
4) Lock the device screen
5) Receive an incoming call
6) Tap decline
7) Observe music fail to resume playing

Actual:
Music does not resume playing from the lock screen after ignoring a call.

Expected:
Music resumes playing.
