we are reviewing and cleaning up items in "untriaged" state. please suggest and set a different component [Toolkit: Telemetry???]

I would suggest RESOLVED WONTFIX for this, and all the dependant bugs, since we're not going to be working on this anytime soon, and can file new bugs if we decide to try again.
