Details

This is to some extent a duplicate of Bug 791735, but specifically for private browsing. I'm proposing that when a user is in private browsing mode, that the geolocation framework round lat/long info down to the first decimal place.
Read Section 13.5 of RFC 6772 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6772#section-13.5).
