HP Changes To mobilepartners.mozilla.org

We are adding a few pages to the mobilepartners.mozilla.org website. We will need to adjust the layout and the copy on the homepage to address these changes.

Adam & Karen can add more specifics to this bug but for now here is what I know.

1. We are adding 2 landing pages that direct users to specific pages -- Operator Landing Page & Manufacturer landing page. These will need to be linked too from the homepage.

2. We may add a new high level section "maintain" that would need to be given the same prominence on the HP as learn/build/market

Next steps will be for Adam / Karen to add specifics about the above. I wanted to get this bug filed so we could have a place to collect this info and track progress.

Hi Troy. We are making some content changes to the https://mobilepartners.mozilla.org/ site you worked on earlier this year. We have draft copy in comment #2 - can you take a look and make any edits you think are necessary to keep it consistent with the site's overall style and tone? Due date is flexible, but should be sometime early next week.

(Note: the doc actually has 3 pages, so be sure to scroll to see all of it...I mention that b/c it fooled a few of us.)

== Scope ==
It was decided that we can put the information for operators & manufacturers directly on the HP. We will not need to create 2 additional landing pages.

John suggested having 2 links or buttons with explanatory copy, when clicked these will reveal the information specific to operators or manufacturers.

== Implementation Notes ==
- Learn, Build, Market will be removed. These 3 sections will be tailored to manufacturers and operators and be revealed when the user clicks as described above.


== Dates ==
- Tuesday June 3 - 1st revisions due from Lee
- Friday June 6 - final revisions due from Lee
- Friday June 6 - copy revisions due from Troy

Here is my edited version of the copy draft. I made some small changes throughout for flow and to avoid some repetition in a couple of places, and added an intro headline for each section.
