Matthew has made a start on this here:

Plan is to upload statics of this prototype on redpen so we can easily leave feedback.

We will need this prototype optimized for user testing in bug 1002003. Suggested adjustments:
* Let's put each scenario (passwordless / social, etc) at separate urls
* Have the emails popup instead of side by side (or another alternative, that makes it clear this is a step-by-step thing)

Prototype aims to show that we can treat people differently based on their preferences (using passwords or not), while keeping things clean and simple.

Yes, I think that this prototype is complete. cade and jbuck are drafting an iteration with email and backend functionality.
