Description:
When the user swipes in task manager the apps move extremely fast.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140522040230
2) Open around 5 apps
3) Long press the 'Home' button to bring up 'Card View'
4) Start swiping left/right and up

Actual:
The animation for swiping in card view is too fast.

Expected:
The animation when swiping is slower.

Tested on 2.0 Buri and issue did not repro.

Verified the bug does NOT happen in Latest 1.4 Open C. Swipe speed is normal.

This seems too fast for me. I wasn't able to reproduce this on my Flame, but from the video, it seems as if some frames are being skipped or are being shown too fast. Flagging Eric in case he has any more detailed specs on this animation.

It looks pretty choppy to me.  Instead of being a smooth transition it feel like everything is snapping into place.  I don't currently have specs for this since we didn't change the motion from preview versions.  Please let me know if we plan to update this, I can create some animations to follow. Thanks!

The cards view has moved to using the horizontal strip layout, and the swiping completely re-written in bug 1061324. Lets open new bugs against the new implementation as we find them.
