Description:
The user is able to change the language that the app is in without tapping directly on the language button itself

Prerequisites: Be connected to wifi and have the 'Cut the rope' app installed from the marketplace

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140513000208
2) Open Cut the Rope
3) Tap on Options
4) Tap on language about 12 times in a row quickly
5) Tap off the language button anywhere on screen

Actual:
Language changes despite not tapping on the language button itself

Expected:
Language is not changed unless tapping directly on the language button

I was unable to reproduce this issue during a recent test.  Not reproducible on the Flame 2.0 or 1.3.  I am closing this bug as resolved.
