Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140506152807 Steps to reproduce: Un-maximize your firefox windows. Have at least 2 tabs. Actual results: Hover around the inactive tab - you will see that the top ~10px of the tab are not clickable. Active tabs are dragable from their top in the same conditions (non-maximized browser window). Expected results: I would be expected to be able to click the top part of an inactive tab just like when the window is maximized.

This is an intended change to work around a flaw(?) in the Australis-spec for OSX, see bug 887397. In OSX, the top border is only 10px high, https://people.mozilla.org/~shorlander/files/australis-designSpecs/australis-designSpecs-osx-mainWindow.html while in Windows it's 16px high. https://people.mozilla.org/~shorlander/files/australis-designSpecs/australis-designSpecs-windows7-mainWindow.html To work around this, the magical area for inactive tabs was added. Function follows form.
