1015123 - Unable to manage banners (delete )

Step:
1. Log into Affiliates account 
2. Choose to create a new banner -> Category -> Choose -> Configure etc
3. Repeat step 2
4. Go to banners 
5. Try to manage them - delete one of the dupes. 

Actual :
- There is not delete button nor other option to manage the banners once created
- Like in my case I had an old banner and I've forgotten about it - I wanted to create another one and created the same (event the sizes is the same) and after I checked my banners I saw I have it now duped

Expected:
- I should be able to delete my banners

Note:
- This might affect the no of clicks
- If I delete one of my banners I should not loose my no of clicks (I should have the same position in leader-board )

This feature doesn't exist right now, but is definitely something we're interested in implementing.

All work on Firefox Affiliates is on hold as the Affiliates program is slated to be phased out in 2015.
