When tapping on the call log tab in the dialer app nothing happens.

STR:
1. Open dialer app
2. Tap all calls tab

Expected result:
The window changes to the call log

Actual result:
Nothing happens, but the tab appears as being selected. (screenshot attached)

This issue is reproduced with both manual and automated tests.

Note:
An additional behaviour that I observed is that if you tap on the contacts tab and then back to dialer both tabs will appear as selected.

I had to use |make production| to reproduce this locally. I'm suspecting a problem when we concatenate files.

I backed out the offending patch.
