We will have some menu items that only make sense in the app manager when the project editor is enabled.
"Open a File", "Select a Folder" and "Select a File", "Find", "Find and Replace", etc etc.

Also, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=987089#c96 suggests changing the strings "Open a File", "Select a Folder" and "Select a File" to "Open File", "Select Folder" and "Select File".
