Description:
When the user is using the vertical homescreen, the icons will not pulse when in edit mode

Prerequsites: Have Vertical Homescreen enabled in settings

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140523073020
2) Long press on an icon on the homescreen

Actual:
Homescreen is in edit mode but icons do not pulse to show the user they are in edit mode

Expected:
Homescreen icons pulse, indicating that the user is in edit mode
