Details

The tests in plugins/rust/test should be moved to the CSV-emitting branch of rustc, should they not? Then they would be with the code they test and could usefully run. Ultimately, they should end up in rust master.
The tests have been added to the rustc codebase, but we're going to leave them in DXR as well, as smoketests.
