Description:
In Call Settings -> FDN, when adding or deleting an authorized number, the "Enter SIM PIN2" header string is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140523000202
2) Tap on Settings to open the app.
3) Tap on Call Settings, Fixed Dialing Numbers, Authorized Numbers
4) Press the '+' button to add an authorized number.
5) Fill out the fields and press the Done button.
6) Observe that the header string is truncated.

Actual:
The "Enter SIM PIN2" header string is truncated

Expected:
All strings translated without truncation
