Command line reports using Quirk StyleSheet, then reports error #804b0002
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results: browser page never loads
Expected Results: should see PeopleSoft connection

But I'm doing this from the Linux version. If I was using win2k, I could just use IE5.5...

WFM 2001092503 on Win2k.
Reporter: Could you try this with a fresh profile? You can manage/create
profiles with "mozilla -profilemanager".
Also, please don't take offense that André (and myself) are reporting WFM on
Win2k. We know that you're using Linux, but any additional information can
assist the Mozilla developers :).

wfm, using a linux debug *trunk* mozilla build from the evening of 9/25.
is this still a problem for you with a recent build?
